Receptionist
We are looking for a polite, well-spoken and efficient Hospital Receptionist to manage our front desk and create a warm, seamless experience for every patient and visitor. As the face of the hospital, you will ensure smooth appointments, registrations, and communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
- Register patients, update records and verify basic information.
- Schedule, confirm and manage appointments.
- Answer calls and route inquiries to the correct departments.
- Coordinate patient flow with doctors, nurses and admin teams.
- Guide patients to OPD rooms, labs, billing and other departments.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and orderliness.
- Handle check-in/check-out, token systems and basic documentation.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good verbal communication skills
- Presentable, polite and patient
- Hospital/clinic experience preferred but not mandatory
